İADE POLİTİKASI / REFUND POLICY

El yapımı üretim süreçlerimiz nedeniyle her Atelier Mod parçası benzersizdir ve doğal form farklılıkları iade sebebi olarak değerlendirilmez. Ürünlerin kullanılmamış, hasarsız ve orijinal ambalajında olması koşuluyla, teslimattan itibaren 14 gün içinde iade talebi oluşturulabilir. Kişiye özel üretilen, sipariş üzerine hazırlanan veya ölçüye göre uyarlanan ürünlerde iade kabul edilmemektedir. İade kargo gönderim bedeli aksi belirtilmedikçe müşteriye aittir.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our production, each Atelier Mod piece is unique, and natural variations are not considered grounds for return. Return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customized, made-to-order, or size-adjusted pieces are non-returnable. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
